Received promptly

Very fast in getting the parts out for delivery.

Thank you! It was the parts we needed and received them very fast!

Received as ordered. Prompt shipment and competitive price.

$25 fixed priced shipping is not fixed price. Found out the hard way that it depends on the item you buy but they won't tell you up front before your order is complete, and then they have your money. They need to say up front that some heavier items will be charged an additional amount, or overseas deliveries are not eligible for the $25 fixed price. I bought a small pump - weight 12kg. Next day I got an email to say they couldn't do it for the $25, and that shipping to Australia would be $170. The pump cost about the same price. I then added some other small loose items (small roll of poly pipe, plastic fittings) and an ozonator which is in a box about same size as an iPad, and then the shipping went up to $280. On the bright side the items were packaged extremely well, probably best I have ever had from an overseas purchase, and it only took 3 days for the delivery to arrive. Staff (incl. 2 managers) have kept in touch via email all through this process but it might have been a week between responses, so rated down for that too. So, when the package eventually arrived, I was sent a $40 cheaper pump than I ordered. That is still being looked into. I wouldn't not do business with them again, because spare parts are really hard to source from Australia, as are suppliers that will send items to Australia, but I would want to know exactly what it was going to cost me up front, and get in writing that they would stick to a fixed price offer if they are going to offer it. If this was a company based in Australia, they would have had to honour the original $25 shipping fee, even if it meant taking a loss on the sale.

Great service. Helped me find what I need, affordable, and shipped quickly.
