I purchased a second set of pipes for my pool heater to replace a set that leaked when I first hooked them up and the second replacement set has holes also. I watched as more than one stream of water popped through new holes when I hooked it up and turned it on. These are cheap pipes and I need a refund for both sets please.

I emailed to enquire about my order and received a response almost immediately saying it had shipped and that I should receive it today. I did in fact receive it later in the afternoon.

Product (3-way valve) was easy to find on the website. Took advantage of a new customer discount, making the best price even better, and was promptly shipped. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Part was right. Shipping didn't come on time. I paid for 2-3 day shipping. Came in the mail a week later.

Although it seems as the part fits, haven't been able to use it quite yet but More impressed with the customer service of the company than the actual product.
