The people at Wild West Pool Supplies did an outstanding job in helping me find a replacement part for my pool pump. They were very responsive to my questions and saw to it that the part I needed got to me quickly. They are now my go-to pool supplier for all my future pool needs. Thank you!

Received exactly what I needed in a timely manner.

Great service, received earlier than expected. Reasonable prices.

Nice site. Easy to navagste.

Had some damage to my pool due to the freeze, found the part I needed at half the price as other places.

This order took entirely too long to complete. Some of the items ordered turned out to not be in stock and 5 days went by before any contact to say there was a problem with the order. This added a long delay between the original order date and the time i finally received the order. Also I did not get the pillow washers I needed. I now have to find an alternate site to finish what should have been a very simple process. I still have no idea what I was suppose to get vs what I received.

Placed a couple orders with confirmations only to get subsequent notices that miatakes were made inventory and parts no longer available.
