Excellent customer service.

Update: there customer service team has reached out and is working with me. They are very nice and I will give them a chance to make this right. Great Prices mean nothing if they don't deliver. I have attempted to order from Wild West twice now in the past 90 days. Both times the items I ordered said "in stock", "ready to ship". Both times I got an email apologizing but the "in stock" item would actually be out of stock for the next few months. They were kind enough to send me a 5% off coupon code to use on my next out of stock item. In all fairness I understand demand, I understand running out of something. But 2 times when an item very specifically is advertised as in stock is just bad business.

Refund process takes excessive amount of time. First it takes days to obtain a return authorization number, then once the item is returned they state refunds will take up to 4 weeks. So make sure you order correctly to avoid returns The good part is that Wildwest has the best prices and items are in stock.

I was impressed with the great communication I received when this part was delayed and then it was sent sooner than expected after delay. It fit perfectly and the spa tub is working again. Great service comes with great communication. I'd use Wild West Pool Supplies again.
