The part was back ordered and you were able to get me the part within a e

Great customer service. They helped me identify and locate the correct part for my spa.

This lying company said they had my item I stock and then emailed me to refund because they do not. Yet, the website still says they have it in stock. This place is a joke. Stay away!!!

Very overpriced part. A simple piece of plastic and 4 screws. Unfortunately, I had to order 2 ea. Charged double the shipping charge even though this very small item was sent via USPS. Otherwise, I did receiver what I ordered.

Item was delivered quickly and it was the correct item. Price was well below the retail outlets in this area.

I have an antique de filter, but it still works well as long as the grids are intact. The site said in stock & ready to ship. I ordered 4, but received an email saying they were out, but had suitable replacements available, would that be ok? By all means! A week later they're at my doorstep. Great customer service.

Found this item to replace a different brand pool level maintainer and it works perfect. Quick shipping and delivery, and even though the color I ordered was out of stock, the suggested alternate color worked out just fine. Thanks.

Good service. Fast turnaround. As described.
