The part that was advertised as a replacement part for the PB 4-60 booster pump did not work on the PB 4-60 booster pump. The part I was sent is for the newer model pump.

I had some website issues which were quickly resolved by customer service. The item that I ordered was out of stock but I received a personal email that asked if I would accept a replacement part. The part was quickly shipped and met my expectations.

Placed an order for a part listed on their website as "In stock and ready to ship".. A check of the tracking link provided first showed item was in 'Fulfillment' stage; then showed as 'Pending'. After making inquiry online received the following response: "Alice here at Wild West. I hope you're doing great! Unfortunately, we've just run out of your item. We have incoming items in 3-4 months (rough estimate and subject to change) / subject to price changes ). Please let me know if you need help with anything else. Stay safe always!" Item still shows on their website as in stock and ready to ship. Not impressed!
