Shopped on the Internet for best prices…
Shopped on the Internet for best prices for Pro Chlorine Pac and seems cheapest isn't always best when you don't receive everything you ordered.Ordered 3 Pacs and only received two. Sent emails several times to support just to be told they will pass it along to their warehouse, apparently besides not being able to count to three, warehouse also doesn't get back to anyone. For now on I will make sure to use pool companies I am familiar with and thank support for doing absolutely nothing to resolve this.

Hi Mario, our warehouses do occasionally make mistakes! I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. In checking the notes on your order I see we were able to expedite the 3rd unit out to you at no charge. Glad we were able to resolve this to your satisfaction.

BUYER BEWARE! Bait & Switch Tactics
BUYER BEWARE! I Purchased a filter basket and they emailed me that I would have to pay more for shipping to complete the order. Lots of false advertising around the website, do not be deceived by their low prices!

I sincerely apologize for the trouble here. Rate changes coming from major US carriers, which used to happen a few times a year, now happen with zero warning. Sometimes multiple rate changes per month. We are working hard to stay on top of this issue, and appreciate your patience!
