The company shipped the correct items very quickly. I am very grateful for this. Unfortunately, one of the items was defective. A warranty claim was established immediately but it took a while to obtain approval from Hayward. Once the approval was obtained, the replacement part was shipped immediately. All companies are having parts distribution issues. If they offer me a substitute, it is up to me to decided whether to accept or decline. I feel Wild West Pool Supplies is a great company. I will use them again.

Delivery was late and I paid extra to have my item expedited.

I felt the company was legitimate based on its realistic prices. I was a little nervous by the emails after indicating they were checking to see if the items were in stock, because I hate people who list things for sale that aren't in stock. Turns out it was all for nought as parts were received quickly!
