I ordered the starter kit and everything has been delicious. There was an issue with delivery, but I received the order in good condition and completely frozen. I believe this was an unusual, one time issue, and Wild Idea committed to make it right. Reassuring customer service and a quality product. 4-1/2 stars. Planning my next order now.

I love this meat, its tender and its not "gamie" at all. so all those out there that think of buffalo as gamie this meat is better than some grass feed beef I have purchased, and the kids loved it too!

If no one has ever tried food from Wild Idea Buffalo Co., they have no idea what they are missing. Much better than beef hands down.

I needed to get some unusual cuts of meat from grass fed, no antibiotics no additional hormone meat. Not only did you have them but was shipped timely and received packaged well. I have RA and am starting a auto - immune diet. So far I have had the heart and used the bones for bone broth. It was surprisingly tender and way better tasting than I would have dreamed. Part of the heart I put in stew (with a bone broth base) so I had enough to take my lunch every day. The other part I cooked as a roast for Sunday dinner. Both were great. I even warmed up the left over roast and made a fajita with a coconut wrap.

I feel really blessed to eat Buffalo roaming in South Dakota, near the Lakotas, taken from the world in a good way. The customer service was great, processing of our order was quick and smooth, and the meat tastes absolutely delicious; noticeable different from the Whole Foods meat I ate last week. Thanks and keep up the good, and important, work.
