We just ate our sirloin steaks after grilling them with some fresh, local asparagus and potato's. Super Yum! They were the perfect individual size and we will be ordering more.!

This was my second bundle I ordered from Wild Buffalo. Shipment arrived quickly and items were well packed and still solidly frozen. I have been very happy with the quality and taste of the meat. And it helps my conscious a little that they take measures to make the harvesting process as easy on the animals as they can. My health was suffering from lack of protein while on a semi-vegetarian diet. I feel like I can trust their product.

The several cuts of Buffalo meats we have gotten have been absolutely delicious, tender, tasty, and we love that they are organic and not polluted by all the pesticides and foods that other meats generally are. Every order has always been delivered on time. Even in the Texas summer the ice packs were still frozen. Quality is consistent and for me, it is hard to find various cuts of grass-fed bison in my local grocery store or specialty store. So Wild Idea Buffalo Co. has been a true benefit for me.

I absolutely love the buffalo in just about every form its offered in. The only problem is it doesn't make any sense ordering unless I'm getting a lot shipped. Since the shipping starts at $23 I can't order jus a few items. My dogs live the bison heart strips but I can't order them because it doubles the price. Otherwise this is by far the best tasting buffalo on the market and I've tried them all.
