This was my first experience with Wild Idea and based upon performance and quality of the product it won't be the last!

Short story...LOVED IT ! Buffalo peppered tenderloin tips...tasty filet... working on the rest... Quality product !

I have tried three other ground buffalo meats (one was bought from a different company on line, the other a store bought pre packaged name and the third store bought unknown name already ground). To me none of the other three were as lean or taste as good as Wild Idea. When Wild Idea say their ground is 95% lean I believe it. I cooked a pound to put in spaghetti sauce. When I drained off the fat off and weighed the remaining ground and it weighed at 14.7 ounces.

The only red meat we eat regularly at home now is from Wild Idea. Thank you.

Bufffalo/Bison is more tender than beef and provides a wonderful alternative to beef, which is under fire due to deforestation and the making of grasslands for them. Buffalo/Bison just wander and do not overgraze and don't need to be fed. I love everything at this on line store, and very thankful it is delivered to my door. It is funny, but I got onto this also for my kitty who is suffering from IBS and was skin and bones. She can only eat one kind of sensitivity canned cat food, but chows down on this Bison. She is now big and fluffy and very spoiled. It is so great to enjoy something without all the guilt. Thank you very much for this wonderful product. My kitty and I are very thankful. I will order all the time. Those steak strip snacks are a killer!!!!

Very High quality meats. Great service. I will be ordering most of meats from Wild Buffalo. I can't say enough great thing. I wish I found you guy sooner. I own a Training for Warriors gym in Mahopac NY and ive been tell my members about how great this site is.

I placed my first order. Great quality bison meat products. Love the hot dogs, much more flavor that the ones sold at Whole Foods. Quick delivery and great service. Good job with your recipes.
