Forced me to buy 10 lessons in advance, also tried to force me to give a 5 star google review before I had even started any tutoring. Told me I could refund lessons if I wanted to. I decided I'd like to learn more independently and tried to refund some lessons, was then told this is not an option... when I disputed this they decided to ignore my messages and forced me to have more lessons.

Your feedback is duly noted Michelle. This is not the experience we would have liked you to have. We try our best to match each and every student with the perfect tutor. We have also included a provision under our Perfect Match Guarantee program that enables a student who is not happy with their tutor to get a replacement tutor free of charge. The terms of cancellation and refund are also included in the program and made clearly available on the website https://wiingy.com/perfect-match-guarantee/ for easy reference.

It was a very engaging class
It was a very engaging class, and the teacher was so fun, they also teach in simple ways that schoolteachers can't teach, and they always get the best out of students. This class is the best math class I had and everyone should try it.
