I've had a few technical issues and difficulty reaching out to students about scheduling lessons. Other than that student interactions have been great.

Assistance to tutors is very good from some of the teàm members. It would be good if the help and support had a chat system with humans to answer specific questions. Thank you Wiingy

I work for Wiingy regularly, and they are generally quick to support me, offer plenty of student opportunities, and have a system that works. I get paid on time and through an easy system. I have a few small critiques. For one, there is no cancellation fee, so if a student doesn't show up or cancels last minute, I don't get paid. This happens often. The trial lessons are a good feature, but I find students rarely sign on, despite a successful lesson, but that isn't necessarily Wiingy's fault. And finally, the app is a bit glitchy, but overall works. So there is room for improvement, but it is not a scam like some have claimed.

Not a fan of the demos. And communication to the potential students with virtual vs in person lessons. Otherwise I enjoy teaching for this company. I really don't have anything bad to say about this company.

I think demo should be paid

Before I wanted to rate 3 bec of my student Jackie request. NowI am happy that the Wiingy will contact my student. It is only 4 bec I had experience last time during the lesson that I do nit know how to fix the volume in google meet and I keep calling from the group to hep mel but no one is answering. They answered I think middle of the class already. That's all but only if that was fixed right away,I will give a 5.

It's good as for working, I like that they don't interfere in your ways of teaching! Also in initial stages i wasn't getting much attention but now after few months I have a lot of work ! Only thing I recommend is in case of help needed there must be chat option that must be available.
