How do you improve your conversion rate when the platform keeps taking away your leads? I’m a tutor on Wiingy, and I’ve now had 4 leads cancelled. The last two were cancelled without even properly notifying me. so, they jsut blamed me that i havent accepted the demo on time. Instead, I received this: “Your lead priority has been reduced due to low demo conversion. Improve future demo performance to receive more leads.” The platform controls the leads. The platform controls the allocation. The platform is involved in the demo/enrollment process. And tutors receive only around 30% of the student’s payment. But when a student doesn't convert, the tutor gets penalized with fewer opportunities. So how exactly am I supposed to improve? Fewer leads → fewer demos → fewer conversions → even fewer leads. That's not really a performance improvement system. That's a self-fulfilling prophecy. I've already raised a ticket, but getting meaningful communication or finding someone to actually address the issue is another challenge. I don't expect special treatment. I expect transparent metrics, fair attribution, proper notification, and a real opportunity to work. They don't give demo

Excellent onboarding and demo allocation and all that. But extremely poor ticket/issue resolution afterwards. Poor instructions/tutor training for using the interface. Need to work upon these. Irresponsible staff.

While the tutors are passionate about teaching their students, the regulations and rules Wiingy has are terrible and very confusing. They promise flexibility and when you utilize that, they come up with "Oh sorry, you had to let us know 15 hr beforehand" and other sudden issues like backend issues. If there are regulations and conditions we need to know, they should be communicated to the student in the beginning. This was my experience with my coordinator, and my overall feedback and suggestion is to improve your communication skills and let the students know beforehand about all conditions so they can plan accordingly as well and adhere to them, don't promise this "flexibility" when time zones, rules and other factors have to apply.

Too much run around, when I was able to get the tutoring it was not a problem. We scheduled 4 lessons, there were issues with scheduling and then there were issues with providing the complete service and objectives that was established at the beginning of lesson one.
