The original person I requested backed out the morning of our meeting. They hooked me up with someone else, who could not help me with my work. I had paid for 5 hours, and they took my hours and said the tutor was working on my document after our session, so wiingy used 2 and a hours out of my 5 hours. Then I had my second session with the tutor, and my 5 hours was gone. I then gave the tutor another chance to help me on the same assignment, and I ordered another 5 hours. Passed the assignment into school, and still didn’t pass that assignment. I had to go back, and revise the assignment. That’s when I said to myself, I’m wasting any more money with this tutor. I requested for my 5 remaining hours to be refunded. ’ve been waiting for over a week for my refund for 5 hours I paid for extra, and still haven’t got it.

I like my tutor a lot and its been really helpful. the system is slightly confusing though at times about knowing the payment system and that sort of thing

tutor explains everything very clearly, shows good examples, and checks that i understand.

I went from a 42 on my first exam to a 79 on my latest exam in one class. In a different class I went from a 57 on my first exam to an 83 on my latest exam. Last thing on my mind has been school so I had a really tough start to the semester. Wiingy is helping me get back on track.

While the tutors are passionate about teaching their students, the regulations and rules Wiingy has are terrible and very confusing. They promise flexibility and when you utilize that, they come up with "Oh sorry, you had to let us know 15 hr beforehand" and other sudden issues like backend issues. If there are regulations and conditions we need to know, they should be communicated to the student in the beginning. This was my experience with my coordinator, and my overall feedback and suggestion is to improve your communication skills and let the students know beforehand about all conditions so they can plan accordingly as well and adhere to them, don't promise this "flexibility" when time zones, rules and other factors have to apply.

I was able to go deeper into the content. I was able learn more about my topic and raise up my science grade.

My tutor, Luckshay, is very adaptable to my needs and he keeps me engaged with positive reinforcement. 10/10 recommend to anyone seeking an economics/statistics tutor.
