WigsdoReviews of wigsdo.com

They are terrible and non professional. Do not order from this company. They do not honor their stated policies. They toy with people. They are out of the country and are abusive. Shop at your own risk. Positive reviews are lies by them. Don’t trust it.

Don’t use Wigsdo! The wig I ordered arrived and did not fit. I contacted the company to ask for a refund as promised. They toyed with me by email for more than a week, but did not honor their promise. And I’m a cancer patient! The response is an email once a day with some ridiculous offer. A couple of the offers were discounts on future purchases, as if I would consider sending them more money! Buyer beware and don’t buy from Wigsdo.

I am a customer they ripped off earlier this year. Out of curiosity I read some 5 star reviews today. Odd how many 1 star reviews there are and virtually no 2, 3, or 4 star reviews. The 5s all sounded fake and written in Chinese "English." Probably as a Wigsdo counter to ALL of the legitimate 1 star reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM WIGSDO. They are from China and you will never have legal recourse and they know it. Once they have have your money, you get whatever "clown wig" they send you and NO REFUNDS. Even though they state that you get 100% satisfaction guaranteed, that's a lie. I ordered a hand tied bob with a natural part that can be moved anywhere on the crown. What I received was ALL machine sewn and only one center part that could not be changed. If a breeze moved the hair even a little, the rows of machine sewn hair would show. I couldn't even bend forward a little without seams showing. Or even put the side hair behind an ear to get it out of my face. The wig and cap were nothing like advertised. And I mean nothing like it. I emailed them photos of what I received and screen shots of the online photos of the wig I bought, full description, and return policy of guaranteed satisfaction. Their replies were: we dont take returns or exchanges; we don't refund; the wig is custom just for you (it was not); we will sell you another wig at 40% discount AND you can keep the original wig; you could donate it; maybe we could suggest how you could alter it to suit your needs, etc. After many emails insisting on a full refund of their wig scam, I finally ended up getting $40 back out of the $170 I spent in a take-it-or-leave-it concession. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM!!! Buy AMERICAN where you have higher standards of goods and business practices.

Terrible experience. Wig is cheaply made, wrong color and cut. Not at all as pictured. Remy hair is actually synthetic. Company is also know as charm online. You will never get a return address from them, so forget about a refund. Buyer beware! What you get is what you're stuck with.

I ordered 3 wigs and they were nothing like the pictures and very poorly made. I have emailed to try to get their return address with no answer. These wigs cost $225 for synthetic wigs. Don't trust them.

DO NOT buy from Wigsdo.com!! It's a total rip off and they will NOT refund your money if you want to return it. I bought 2 wigs #tsmh003AA and #HW01196 and they were nothing like the picture. The color was wrong, the styles weren't even close and they put beige stitching on a dark blonde wig. You could see the stitching at the forehead and no way to hide it. the stitching is from the top of the wig so it forces the hair down and there's no way to style it back and there is no way to wear it up as you can see the stitches. Customer satisfaction is not their goal or concern. When I tried to return it they said no and after several emails back and forth, they upped to 10% refund, then finally 20% but only after they received the wigs back. So basically, they want me to pay 80% for their mistake and I get nothing in return. I have filed a legal dispute claim against them to try to get my money back. Companies like these should be put out of business!!!

Very bad experience with this company. They sent me the wrong colour and looks nothing like their add. I cannot return them and it's been three months I've been trying to get their return address with no luck. Do not order wigs from this company .

The service was not up to the mark as far as my first purchase went along. The delivery was delayed by couple of days with the item untraceable. But they kept up their efforts which was nice to see. But they have a great potential and this small issues needs to be addressed quickly.
