The wig I received was not as advertised based on the description and photo. The cap was a basic cap but I ordered what they called a Chemo Wig (since I have alopecia, the cap is important to me). Also advertised as having SmartLace. It had NO lace what so ever. They WILL not give me a refund or even an exchange. They said to use it as a back up and they will give me 25% off my next purchase, like I am going to purchase from them again! I payed top dollar for a synthetic wig, $237 so I felt confident I would receive a wearable wig. It has a fake part sewn in and looks like a Costume Wig. I am so disappointed.

Still didn’t ship after two weeks. Got two notifications from company of when they expected it to be shipped. Not shipped and no word from company. I contacted them and after 24 hours was told the new estimate was in another week (4 weeks from order and 2 weeks from original estimate). I asked for a refund and was told they would process it “urgently” and ship it in about a week. I don’t think they actually have the wig in inventory. I suspect they allowed it to be ordered then they ordered it from somewhere else and are waiting to receive it before they ship it to me.

This company is fraudulent!! Don't buy from them!! Their wigs are awful and they will not give you a refund.

Buyer beware! This company will not honor their refund policy as explained in their website. The wig I received was not as described or pictured. I offered to return it unpacked and unworn. After numerous emails attempting to get me to pay more money for a replacement, they only offered a 10% refund with no return. Pitiful, and I doubt that I will ever see even that refund.

Thank goodness for PayPal's refund system. Avoid this company by all costs. As previous reviewers have posted, they advertise real human hair wigs, show a beautiful picture on their website, and then bait and switch with a cheap nylon wig that would only be fit for Anime costuming. Then they say they don't allow returns. PayPal gave them short shrift and refunded my payment very promptly once they saw my photos and the emails from the seller. Wigsdo sent me 5 emails, each getting a little more impatient and trying to intimidate. I see Wigsdo also have bots putting positive reviews here, which is unfortunate. Do not buy from them; dishonest and substandard.

This is a terrible product and company. I ordered because the website said you could return the product for a refund. I have sent over 20 emails requesting a return address with no luck. The best I got was they would give me a 25% refund which has not happened either. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Terrible service paid $30 extra to get express shipping. 16 days still no date for delivery! Really scared to see the wig they have lied about everything so far. Be patient!😣😤 Received wig feels nice but heavier then most with detail to inside of wig.

Wig was not what was pictured. Am currently trying to help my mom return it for a refund and they are giving her the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...SCAM.
