I ordered a hair topper. It came and it is wrong color. I wanted to exchange or refund item. It costed over $400.00.. I wear hair toppers so I am aware what color I would like. Sometimes hard to judge on line.. They refused return or exchange and are offering me 25% refund. They continually Send me the same responses. They have even suggested I give it as a gift to someone?!

If only I can rate it at ZERO!!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Wish I had found the reviews sooner! Ordered a long brown hair and received a Medium red hair knit cap which looked more like a costume wig. Didn’t look natural at all. Contacted customer service for a returning label and full refund and the representative Lucy has been giving me the round-about refusing to the return/refund.

I purchased a wig a few years ago and got exactly what I ordered and loved it, so I went straight to them when I was in the market again for something similar. It was a HUGE mistake. I paid just under $300 for a human hair wig, excitedly waited a month, and was overjoyed when i recieved it only to find that it was synthetic. The company is now refusing to refund me and actually told me to "try it again". Their "solutions" have consisted of sending it back for an exchange, paying an additional fee for a new one, or a whopping 25% discount on my next order. NONE of these "solutions" are going to get a wig to me in time for my husband to return from his year long deployment (the entire reason I purchased the wig). Hopefully a future buyer can benefit from my experience and steer clear of this website.

I ordered a human hair wig with a all knit cap. I received a synthetic wig with cheap cap. Customer service person Lucy is useless and does not want to help fix the issue. They will not replace my unit or offer a proper refund. This place is a scam, be careful. I am out $300.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! They sent me something I didn't even order, and then refused to send me the return address! Then after 60 emails back and forth over about a 15-day period I finally had to go to my bank and PayPal to get a return! I don't see how this company is even in business!

This company is a complete scam. I purchased a blonde who wig and instead it was a tangerine color and nothing like the picture. It looked like a squirrel. It was so cheap and so ugly. They are refusing to give me a refund, instead they told me that they will send me another wig if I send mine back. There is no return address and no phone number to call. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM

Never ever buy any product from wigsdo.com. It is a scammer. On their website is written that you can return or refund if you are satisfied. In fact, they ask you to keep the product and ask you to take it to a hairdresser for trimming. Their products are not custom made, but they claim that it is. I lost my money for this scammer.
