I have just received my wig after a 2 month wait and having to pay another £24 Customs Tax. It is total rubbish doesn't look real or anything like the picture.

NEVER, NEVER NEVER, buy from this company......total sham. PLEASE DO NOT fall for the nice pictures. Your wig will look nothing like the picture...actually it will look like a child took scissors to it.

Si j'avais la possibilité de donner un zéro, c'est ce que j'aurais fait. Ce site est à fuir. J'ai acheté une perruque qui m'a coûté 160€ depuis un mois et demi et je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu. Ce sont des voleurs. Je prévois de les poursuivre en justice car cela fait plus de 2 semaines que j'ai demandé un remboursement de cette commande, et aucune réponse du service Client.

Do not use this company!!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order. I hoped to give them the benefit of the doubt but you learn from your mistakes. You will receive a very bad and cheap looking wig and then they will do everything not to have to refund you. My wife ordered a custom size but received one that was clearly not custom and way too big but somehow that’s our fault. Very bad company. All the good reviews must be fake.

Do not buy from them, there are other more reputable companies that you purchase from! At the time of the first order I made they charged my cc 3X! Luckily my bank called me of suspected activity. And I cancelled immediately. After that incident, unfortunately I didn't learn my lesson and I ordered again. They charged my cc immediately and never sent me my order! Customer service is the worst, they do NOT respond. This company is unprofessional to the point of being disrespectful to the consumers. They have an ALERT on the BBB website. I regret my decision to have chosen them! Please do not make the same mistake.

This company is a joke...the wig the sent me wasnt even close to the one I ordered..then they offer me a $20 coupon to keep it...I spent over 200 and the wig they sent me was garbage... I highly recommend not ordering from this company

Worse purchase ever. BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER! A CLASS ACTION, government intervention, international trade intervention.... whatever, by any means necessary this company should be shut down and stopped ripping people off. I'm after full compensation including shipping cost. I'm encouraging everyone to post on Facebook, Twitter any social media regarding this ripoff company. STOP ALL PURCHASES. ANYONE WANTING TO PURSUE COMPENSATION FROM THIS COMPANY CONTACT ME TO PURSUE COMPENSATION FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE'S POWER IN NUMBERS!!!

RIDICULOUS company and their products. I wouldn't wear their wigs for a Halloween Costume they are SO BAD. Nothing like the one I ordered, not even in the right colour of hair. It was supposed to be streaked and it is just this horrible phoney yellow colour that not even a punk rocker would wear. The cap has a mesh that sits outside of the wig right on your forehead. It was supposed to have bangs and there NOT any bangs, it is parted in the middle like one of the Three Stooges!!! There has to be a country that can take this company to court for all their fraudulent business practices and FALSE ADVERTISING. I wish I had seen this site before I ever ordered this thing, a waste of money and at a time when people do not have money to waste. SHAME ON THEM. Not only do you lose the money you pay for a wig, you also have to pay for Customs Clearance which adds insult to injury. Customs should be shutting this company down or investigating all these complaints. I have not been able to reach anybody by telephone or Email, there is no way of tracking down a human being to speak with. Refunds forget it, they just take your money and laugh all the way to the bank. There is no receipt, no communication from them so there is NO REFERENCE number to refer to. OUT AND OUT FRAUD.
