I bought two wigs of the same style, Daring, by Hair You Wear. but in different colors, one 1 Dark brown and the other in the color used in the promo shots (brown with highlights?). Anyway the highlighted one was awesome right out of the box. I put it on, styled with my fingers then walked out the door to visit my family. The blond hair on the front makes the hairline look awesome no matter how close you look and everyone who sees it is amazed. The dark brown one was very stiff and unmanageable out of the box. I used some styling products to loosen it up but then it felt heavy and greasy. I washed, conditioned and dried it twice per the enclosed instructions and now it's on par with the blond highlighted one, though the hairline isn't as flawless up close due to the dark color. Delivery was quick with the normal shipping. I wear a shaved head most of the time but I love rocking my new hair when the mood strikes!!

...ordered a discounted wig on sale and when it arrived, the color was not what I expected. I panicked, thinking there would be no recourse. Customer Service was wonderful! A better color for me was not available at the discounted price, but the person I spoke with gave me a 30% discount off the upgraded wig. Although I ended up paying more, I got what I really wanted. And she did not have to offer me the discount. I'm thrilled with Wigs.com. They went the extra mile to make me feel good about my purchase. I'll be back!

Poor product and VERY PRICY!! As soon as I received the box I opened the package I was surprised! First the quality was so bad and look cheap and second the color was way off compare what is showing on the pictures and not to mention the quality very thin. I have naturally beautiful thick hair, and the reason I wanted to buy a wig is because I am allergic to hair dyes and its nice to have a wig and use from time to time. So I return the package immediately with the tags on and used the original package via UPS. It took a week for them to send me an email for refund.. Even I paid for the shipping and insurance but they still charged me $17.95 which was deducted from the refund. WHAT A SCAM!!!

Such a fun little hairpiece and it was easy to blend it into my own hair with just a few added highlights to my own for the summer. Its a little bit shiny, but I plan to wear it with a scarf wrapped around my head for even more fun. The reason I got it was because the humidity here often will make my real hair frizzy after a few hours. This will make getting ready easier because I usually wear a ponytail anyway, so this looks very natural to me. Came in a very timely manner and the price was great!

I ordered a wig that was on sale only to find out a wk and a half later ,only being I emailed them, to find out that they it was back-ordered ... And might be over a month before I would receive It, if at all... Very upsetting...Should be up front right away.. Thank You, D. Bennett

The website was easy to navigate and find the wig I was looking for; the online purchase went smoothly and I was amazed at the speed in delivery time. A big surprise and one those purchasing from out of country should be aware of is the extra fee charged by customs that is applied on delivery ($20).
