What I appreciated most was the personal care hiven to me by telephone, by the young man named Alec(Alex) he spent some time with me in trying to decide which hair piece would best suit me. Because I was rather nervous about going in this direction. Alec was a great personality to work with! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for assistance in picking out a hair piece!

The top strap snapped as I was trying it on for the first time. Bad cheap quality. Do not recommend.

I had a positive experience with Wigs.com. After first purchasing from a China based company and having a very difficult time, it was a relief to have a fast uncomplicated experience with wigs.com. I ordered a wig and didn’t like it. I am in the process of a no-hassle exchange of my wig. My experience with the other company was extremely long, complicated by language difficulties, and a poorly thought out exchange policy. Thank you for making my wig buying experience a positive one.

The hair piece was not full bodied and the color was not like the one on the site. Also no returns all sales final. I did not see that when ordering until I went on line for the instructions to return it. I received e-mail from Trustpilot stating that the hairpiece was returnable. I filled out return and the item description number according to invoice and message stated as an error. I quit this is not worth my time and just not order but go shops where I can see the item.

So far, so good. I'm waiting on a refund on a return that didn't work for me - we live in an ecommerce world and EVERY industry needs to be flexible with returns - even the wig industry. So, we will see how wigs.com fares.
