It did take awhile to get to me, but when it did I was thrilled. I had my hairdresser thin the front very slightly, and I have received many complements on my new hairstyle. Color and texture is natural and I will be ordering another one.

I was disappointed . The synthetic hair looks like doll hair . It is straight and shiny and doesn't hold any curl. Looks like hair from a $5 doll at Dollar General. I have dark brown wavy hair and it does not blend at all. Will keep for Halloween for grandkids cos I already washed it and not worth the hassle to return. Lesson learned cost $98. :(

I was charged twice for shipping and handling
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Jul 2, 2019
We apologize for any confusion, our records indicate you only paid shipping once. You also only paid $22.00 which is our VIP shipping cost to Canada. The shipping charge is typically $29.95. The cost for the item was $187.00 + $22.00 for shipping making the total paid $209.00 that you paid. We hope this helps clear up any confusion. We appreciate your feedback.

I’ve been waiting for my wig to be delivered by UPS from Wigs.com since 20th June. I’ve been assured on numerous occasions my parcel would be delivered the next day. It has not arrived. They were very efficient at taking the import tax of £67. I am extremely disappointed. I don’t need the stress with my condition. I would not use Wigs.com or UPS ever again.

The color wasn’t what looked like on your site. The hair in the back stands out. It doesn’t go flat. The hair itself looks fake.
