I would have given this review 5 stars but had to return the wig because it was defective. I have purchased from this website before and never had a problem. I have to compliment Customer Service for their prompt response to my email about the defective wig. Customer Service is the reason why I would continue to purchase wigs from Wigs.com.

Color was way off

Love the Power wig and will buy it again. Fit is perfect. Process is easy for purchase.

Looks "wiggy" -- not realistic. The color is beautiful and the style is very nice, but it's quite obviously a wig it's oddly shaped on my head. I'm disappointed, because I can't use it for new headshots or on film.

All right ladies...you know how it feels. You are ready for a change. You carefully analyze numerous wig sites for just the right one. Color, price, reviews. Now you get the nerve to "go for it." You call your long time wig distributor to order, only to be told not in stock. wait time about 2 weeks. Now I chicken out as I don't want to doubt my new choice of hair for weeks while waiting. That's when I discovered Wigs.com! If it's on their site they ship that day! Love that you can view colors of the wigs on mannequins instead of tiny color swatches. I am a brand new customer- but one for life. Thanks Wigs .com

Great customer service!

I like the wig and wear it, but the cut of the wig seems different than the pictures. Also there seems to be a lot of short hairs where there shouldn't be.
