Of all the online sellers of wigs, I keep coming back to wigsdotcom. They are not perfect, but they are way better than the other sellers. Returns are easy. I wish more customers when they share their photos would say what color wig they bought. Other than that, my experience has been positive, and I have been very happy with the wigs I have bought.

The colors of the wigs do not match the pictures on the web site. I don't think the model is wearing the wig sent.

I HAVE PURCHASE MANY WIGS WITH THE SAME CUT. I PURCHASED 2 WIGS THIS TIME (SAME AS ABOVE) BUT I HAVE ONLY OPENED ONE, THE HAIR STICK STRAIGHT UP ON TOP AND DOES NOT SEEM TO WANT TO WORK WITH ME. SO I AM NOT AS HAPPY AS I HAVE BEEN IN THE PAST!

Very easy ordering and getting my order in a timely matter. Order was as described and looked just like I thought it would.

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a hair topper. The picture looked dark brown and the description was dark brown with gentle highlights. The product that arrived was red. I sent it back. It will cost me $7.95 plus $5 restocking fee.

We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with the piece. Our records indicate one of our client care reps did assist you in returning and explained after inspection, if the item is deemed to be defective (incorrect color) we would NOT take out the restocking fee or return shipping. Once we receive it back we will notify you via email. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we look into this.

I have had only positive interactions with wiga.com. I've only had to return one unit, and that was due to the color. I returned the unit and bought the same unit in a more flattering color. The entire process was easy, and amicable. I will definitely be purchasing more!

My wig is so natural that my best friend asked me about my new haircut!

Excellent! The fall matches my hair exactly! It looks so real! No one can tell it's not my own hair piece! I attach it to my short pony tail and it falls very nicely to my shoulders. The match to my hair is amazing!!
