We do usually recommend measuring before making a selection to ensure you get the right size piece. You can find how to measure at https://www.wigs.com/pages/how-to-find-your-wig-size We do not take out any return fees but shipping to you and the return shipping is not covered by us. The amount of shipping you weren't refunded was $22.90 since you chose air shipping to you which is $14.95 and used our pre paid label to return which is $7.95 totaling $22.90.
