Wig did not fit and return was denied
Wig did not fit and return was denied. I did try it on and unfortunately removed the tags. But I included the tags with the return. Live and learn I guess.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, returns must be in the original manufacturer's condition and the piece you returned had damage to the lace front and the waves/hair had damage. Again, we apologize that we weren't able to accept the piece back for return.

The Jessica wig is perfect
The Jessica wig is perfect! No one can tell it's a wig even looking at the top! The color is perfect and is a perfect fit! I love how customer service contacted me to make sure I was happy! I am! Jessica is my new forever wig. Thank you, Wig Company!! You are the best!
