I absolutely LOVE this wig. I love the color, I love the length I love that it's not thick, especially on the sides. It's light weight and feels nice. It's so close to my bio hair that I feel like myself for the first time in many years. The only downside is there is a lot of permatease on top at the back of the head, kinda makes a bump. I'm researching how to tame it down. Otherwise its fantastic and will be getting another one!

The wig fibers were awful. The front of the wigs fibers stuck out in several different directions I can not see how it passed inspection it was pure trash not for for a Halloween costume.

We apologize for any confusion. We did not keep the tax, this charge was refunded to you. On order, W2-501720 you paid a total of $104.30 for the wig plus the $7.95 shipping and tax and the 95 cents donation which brought your total to $122.17. Unfortunately, shipping of $7.95 is non refundable as it a used cost and another $7.95 is deducted for using the return label, this is why your refund is $105.32. We hope this helps resolve the issue

I ordered this because it was supposed to be like the picture. Not true! The fit was tiny, and didn't look anything like the pictures. I tried to submit an RMA, but the website would not allow. On top of that I was charged taxes and duty of $70 of which I will not get back even though I am not going to keep this one. This is the first time that I have had any issues, so I am hoping that I can get this returned. UPDATE: I sent wigs.com an email with pictures showing that the box arrived severely damaged but never received a response. So far my experience has been terrible. I am surprised that given I've purchased other wigs from them that they would provide such a lack of service. They were previously pretty decent. They are really close to losing a long term customer.

We are sorry to hear the piece was not as you hoped. The modeled pictures can sometimes be styles, however our videos are the piece out of the box and put on (both look similar). Ellen Wille piece do sometime run smaller which is why we have them listed as petite/average. For international shipments there are duties/taxes charged by your country that doesn't go to us. The reason you weren't able to process your return online is because you are in Canada. As the pop up states you can contact us to return.
