The company, and the staff go above and beyond to give the best service ever. I had trouble putting a wig stand together, and a gal, named Kesha, took photos step by step, emailed them to me and lo and behold the wig stand is together. In my books that goes above and beyond their duties. Overall excellent shopping experience.

Amazing wigs! I have now ordered 3 woods from wigs.com and the quality and shipping times are amazing. I only did 4 stars because of a customer service issue when I wanted to return a Wig Grip. I had had surgery 2 days prior to calling to find out how to return it and the girl claimed she could not find the original order. I explained that I had just had surgery and it would be very difficult for me to get up and find the paperwork. We were at a standstill. I inched my way up out of bed to try to find the paperwork and then she mysteriously found my order. Additionally, she was curt and condescending. Aside from her, I love love love wigs.com.

Wasn't quite the color I thought it would be, needed a little more gray in it. but otherwise great product.

I purchased my first wig and absolutely loved it !! The quality of the wig was beyond my expectation. Being a chemo patient I was so new to the world of wigs. My second wig was not to my liking but was immediately issued a credit which I asked for. Next choice was the Halo from Rene of Paris and that is absolutely the best piece to have to go under my other headwear that I purchased. I think it's my favorite wearing around the house or even under a baseball cap taking a walk. Customer Service is outstanding. I love looking through the site and may purchase another in the future as my hair starts to come back in after I finish Chemo. Fast Shipping and nicely packaged.

I received my wig, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to have it cut and styled so I had to return it. I have gotten my refund already and will definitely be back once things settle down.
