The pieces I ordered from Wigs.com came beautifully packaged and in a timely manner. It was easy to use their website. The hair piece was extremely heavy and over done with too much hair. But most of all the color wasn't near what I expected. Very sad. Can't return it as I had to see if I could have it thinned and colored. Could not.

My wig is cool just like they said it would be, I was afraid it would be too hot. I thought I was measuring my head just like the video was telling me to, but I measured my head on the small size, but the wig I wanted didn't come in that size so I got the average. It is a good thing because the average is a tight fit on my head. I know they say it is adjustable, but I think it looks like it can go smaller not larger. But it is a great wig.

This company is fantastic. Received the wig within a few days and the color was just not right. Got the return label printed out and sent it back. They received it back and I had a refund within a few days. The thing is, this all took place in less than a week. Will be ordering from Wigs.com again!
