This is my first time purchasing a wig, so I was navigating unknow waters. Wigs.com has so much useful information on their website, and they made it easy for a beginner to put together an order. Unlike other sites I shopped, wigs.com allows you to order multiple styles/colors and return those that don't suit your needs. They're competitively priced, and they have an extensive selection. I purchased a particular wig and wasn't sure about the color once I received it, so the next day, I ordered the same one in a different color and was able to compare side by side without worry that I'd get stuck with both or pay a re-stocking fee. I ended up ordering a total of four synthetic wigs to try, and they were all high quality and looked natural when I tried them on. I had a hard time choosing! I had them shipped the least expensive method, UPS ground, and the products came nicely packaged within just a few days. I returned three and found the return process very straightforward. Wigs.com made it easy. I recommend them and will definitely shop them again.

The colors are true to pictures, and wigs are well made. Shipping was very quick.

You better be certain that you going to like what you buy from them, bcs if you need to return it, forget it, they make it so difficult that you rather keep it.

I purchased a real hair topper and just purchased a synthetic one. I am so pleased with this new one it is far superior in texture, color and style. I've worn it for a week and no one knows it is not my hair. Thank you for making me feel myself again after hair loss!!

I got the Erin in cappuccino. Even though my head measured a petite, the wig fit just fine, if not a bit snug. The texture of the hair is silky smooth and the hair lays naturally. Definitely two thumbs up!
