I strongly believe that I was sent the wrong wig. The wig I received is called Billie RP1701 15. The color (Razberry-Ice-R ) is correct but the wig I ordered was not spiked. I won't wear it! I realize that I waited too long to have anything done about it but I just felt that I had to make you aware of your mistake. Or should I say my $130.85 mistake. Thank you!

I have nothing but excellent reviews for all the associates I visited with on the phone. Getting a wig was an emotional experience for me at first, but with help from one of my brothers and a sister I got a lot of input from them. I turned my thinking around to entering an exciting adventure where I would feel confident about my hair again! When calling Wigs.com and I did quite often with questions I was always met with beautiful souls that did all they could to assist me. They were always patient, kind and empathetic. I certainly will mention my experience to others thinking about getting a wig and guide them to the site and the telephone number.

Your site made it easy to find a wig to try for the first time since I can't get to the Salon due to COVID19. The info on the site helped me find my size and it was fun to select one to try as I kept seeing all your marketing around a new great, supposedly wonderful return policy. So, If this one didn't work, I would try another. No biggie. I tried it on and it was a good fit and looked pretty good but wasn't the right color. No problem, right? Well, the "devils always in the details." I paid to rush ship the wig to me because I was so excited to try one. I know, paying to rush ship something is sooooo 1990s, but OK whatever. When I went to return it, however, imagine my disappointment when I discovered I get charged to ship it back too??? WHAAAAAT? Why would I want to pay $15-25 dollars just to try on and send back a wig within 14 days of the SHIPPING DATE? Look, I get it ya'll. The problem with folks keeping stuff to0 long, or using it and then trying to return it has been an issue for decades! Other companies have worked it out. When will wigs.com? You are missing a market beyond the "old ladies" who may have been excited about the fact that you did away with your old school "restocking" fees, but if you want anyone under 40 to try your products, you need to step into the new millenium. My 21 year old was psyched to see the wig. Her friends are all into wearing metallic or pink or a different color wig and extensions and other add ins. You aren't even thinking of them, right? You should be, AFTER you update your return policy, etc. Since your company's legacy style operations and policies make it cost prohibitive for me to do this online, I guess I will make a COVID19 appointment at the retail shop near the mall and try on lots of wigs there. My best guess is that I will get a pixie in blonde (my current color), and another in siver/white or metallic grey to help me transition and a shoulder length blonde as well (my current style). You've got a pretty good operation here, but you better look out for someone like Tiffany Haddish, Lady Gaga or Ariana Grande disrupting your business by opening up a more Agile wig purchasing experience.

I chose to give this a three star rating because I want to be fair to both Wigs.com as well as my personal experience (“this time“ let me explain). I have bought wigs from here before and had an excellent experience and got a beautiful wig. This time I wanted a “hair topper” I liked one that I saw from Jon Renau. So I first ordered a sample ring with all their colors. I spent several days asking a minimum of 4 people their opinion of what color was the closest match. Everyone polled agreed on the color. So I ordered. Delivery was quick I have to give them that. I opened the package ripped off the tag, ran to the bathroom mirror, and put on the piece. Not only was the color so off that it is unwearable but it was so “thin and minuscule” that I couldn’t believe it. So now I have a big problem, I can’t return it because in my excited state I think I discarded the tags and they are very “clear” about their rules for returns. Not to mention I am a long way from a post office or UPS store and running out of time. Now I realize that not all of this is the companies fault so that is why I said, this review is for this experience only! Wigs.com is a great company and I will buy again from them.
