Bought two wigs. Had to return one, waiting on the refund. The color was not good on me, plus there was way too much hair for me. Absolutely love my Ellen Wille wig. The style and color snow mix looks great on me. I love it so much I am going to get a duplicate and also get a short Ellen Wille style in the same color. So glad I found Wigs.com. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. They make the transaction of both buying and returning easy. I am going to be a repeat customer.

Nice quality and color for small price. I wear expensive human hair wigs for religious reasons but due to corona and sun damage I have bought a few of your wigs. Little hotter and tangle but I’m very satisfied

I spoke to a representative before ordering and looked at the you tube video. I explained my concerns ( I have a short forehead and have naturally curly hair) and was recommended the TP Luxe by Amore. When it arrived it looked horrible on me and I found out that I would need to glue the lace front (not mentioned in the video, description or by the agent i spoke with) i returned the product but had to pay for return shipping as I live in Canada. I spoke to a manager who was supposed to email the return address and send me an email confirming I was returning the products for customs. I have yet to receive the email. I had to call to get the address. I have returned the product and I will probably be out of pocket $160 between shipping and duties. The customer service agents I spoke with and the manger seemed to care less I was unhappy with my purchase and the additional cost I would incur. I will never order from this company again and I would absolutely not recommend wigs.com

Beautiful. Great quality. Only complaint is a small portion of the highlights were stripy. But, overall, very pleased!
