I received my new wig in perfect condition. I buy the same wig over and over again because I'm afraid of trying something new. Also, I don't want to go through the hassle of sending it back. I see many that look good and will try something new one of these days. Happy with my Lexy. Always wait for a sale because they seem to be getting more pricey.

This is an elastic scrunchie hairpiece you wear over your ponytail to creat a cute, quick updo. I had tried others from different companies, but couldn’t get close to a color match. Wigs.com had what I was looking for in a good variety of colors. I am a brunette going gray naturally and the Marble Fudge and Milkshake colors both worked for me. Fast shipping was a nice plus. I am very pleased with their selection and this particular hairpiece. So easy to create a cute updo in seconds. By the way, I caught a 30% off sale too! I will be back for more. Five stars from me!!

I purchased "Bailey" in Mocha and it is really beautiful, it looks exactly like the model in the video, same color. It's exactly as presented, and I love it. I decided to purchase wigs because I normally wear a hair unit that is made of human hair and comes from China - very expensive. Because of Covid China is behind in their orders and I don't have hair, I started losing it in my 30's. I love wigs.com because they have wonderful colors and I love the live wig model. I did return one because it was too dark for me and returning was easy.

I really really like the hair I bought HOWEVER £130 shipping fees payable at the door at the time of delivery was a huge shock especially when I don’t recall this being highlighted at time of purchase- I thought it was included in the price but maybe I was just excited to get the hair.. If I had of realised of course I wouldn't have purchased. I do buy off another international website and have never ever ever been charged NEVER MIND £130......... Be warned
