I placed an order, but needed to return. When I received my refund, it was less than I should have gotten! $16.44 to be exact! My total was $139.26, and my refund was $122.82. When I called to ask about the amount, (which was supposed to be a difference of $7.95 for shipping), I was told I had to pay shipping twice plus tax!! I already paid shipping to have it sent to me!! I understand the shipping charges for a return, but this is crazy and NOT IN YOUR RETURN POLICY! I will never use wigs.com again
