The wig was not what I expected. It looked refurbished. I did not return the wig because the 15-day return policy limit had expired.

Not enough colors in the style I need.

I chose a wig that I should have known was not for me. I have always wanted longish hair but the good Lord knows better than me! Lol I can’t believe the wonderful experience I had returning it to wigs .com. No charge, no hassle. I own two wigs (one from wigs.com) and want to buy more but I’m moving to Florida ...hot, hot 🥵. Will I get used to wearing one down there? I dunno but we’ll see! Oh, love the videos on the site too.

The wig I received was arguably poor quality for the price I paid, which was over $300.00. I have bought similar wigs for a fraction of that price from Fun Party Store. The wig might suffice as an accessory to a Halloween costume but not as a hairpiece for a cancer patient who is trying to improve his appearance.

Quality and craftsmanship are excellent. The wig shipped and received in a timely fashion. I can only recommend this company to anyone who loves the variety of selections.

I accidentally ordered a wig instead of a topper. Because of a big price difference wigs.com decided to give me a refund, if I wanted to reorder a topper from them. I appreciated all their work on solving this problem. They will be the first on line company I will go to, to purchase my next "wig". Thanks again wigs.com.
