The sent me a wig without letting me know the size. When it arrived of course it was the wrong size. They totally dismissed my valid concerns (just an hour after the order was submitted) by email and on the phone. Kept sending me to their website repeatedly even after I spent hours navigating it. Now they want to charge me return shipping fee as well. Surely there is a better and more appropriate way to sell such personal and expensive items online.

I love the wigs that I have bought from wigs.com. I've bought 3 so far and the only problem I have ever had is feeling that one of the wigs didn't suit my style or face but it was exactly as shown in the images. During quarantine I have had to grow my hair out instead of going to the salon and it has made things a lot less awkward and definitely more fun. I treat the wigs as fashion accessories now and I don't if people see all my different hairstyles and conclude that they are wigs.
