I ordered two Jon Renau wigs but they just did not work out for me. I tried on each wig once and placed them both in their original boxes and sent them back to Wigs.com. I received an email stating that I could not get a refund because both wigs were “damaged.” That is impossible considering I am very familiar with wigs and inspected both wigs for any damages before placing them in their boxes and sending them back. I also measured my head and adjusted the straps on the wig before trying them on to ensure that I would not cause any damage. It is impossible for me to cause any damage considering I tried the wigs on once and then delicately placed them in their boxes. I spoke with customer service who could only give me store credit on one of the wigs. I spoke with the manager and had to beg for her to change the store credit to a full refund. She refused to refund me for the other wig and mailed the wig back to me. When I got the wig back, it was just tossed in the box. I looked through the wig again and still do not see any damages! So now I have a wig that I will not be wearing and out of $300. Very disappointed with this website and customer service. If you get a wig from here, make sure you’re going to love it because they will do everything they can not to give you your refund back!

I want to Thank all of the Amazing Women at Wigs.com that helped me with my selections on my wigs. I have lost 50% of my hair due to Thyroid/Graves Disease and it has been a long painful year and a surgery but losing my hair has been very stressful for me. I had to return 4 wigs because the color wasn’t right and they were all so helpful and never made me feel like I was a bother having to send the wigs back or refund. I now have 2 wigs that I Love and plan to purchase another one very soon! Thank you all for what you do each day!! I can feel good now that I have my wigs! I won’t shop anywhere else due to the Wonderful customer service! Great prices for Beautiful pieces and styles!

I have had an excellent experience with wigs.com. I am a first time wig buyer. I had a lot to learn. I purchased 2. One full top monofilament (January), the other was not a full top monofilament (Wynter). I part my hair on the right and unfortunately the non monofilament part, just didn't set right. They were both gorgeous but I returned Wynter. I have already selected my next purchase. As soon as I get thru Christmas, I will be ordering. From purchasing, customer service to the return process wigs.com made it easy.

My items were delivered within 2 days of ordering! Excellent service and excellent product!

Well, i had to send the pretty wig back. I have a small head and it just didn't look right on me. But they were so punctual about my refund and it was such a good refund. I think they only charged me for shipping? Wigs i've received from them in the past worked very well. It's a pleasure to work with such a reputable company!

This is just the second wig I have ever bought, first one a month ago. A new beautician cut my hair to 1 1/2 inches -- wig, please! I looked at Wigs.com and decided to go to a wig store so I could really see what I was getting. Both are Rachel Welch. I liked it so much that when I saw Wigs.com having a sale the next week, I ordered the one I had been looking at: Sparkles. The color is just about a perfect match to my hair. The hair on the wig is just a bit too full for me. But the biggest problem is that it seems to "rise up" after I have it on a while. It is the same size as the other one, average, which does not do that. I probably should return it, but that seems like a lot of trouble. But, overall, I do like wearing a wig, a really quick way to get ready!

LOVE this wig! My only regret is not having bought it sooner. Sassy, choppy layers not only give the color RH1488RT8 dimension, but also frame the face. Fits well on my 22.5” circ head, although possibly a bit snug for someone slightly larger. I’m 59 years old and this wig is taking me back a handful of years Absolutely beautiful piece. Quick ship to Canada, excellent service from wigs.com and I’ll likely buy again in the future.

Easy return system. However it takes awhile for the item to actually ship. If you do need to return, it takes a week or more for them to process the credit to your account once they receive it. So the entire process ends up taking about a month if your purchase doesn't work for you.
