I have returned the item because I was disappointed in the way it looked.

This is the second time I've ordered from this company. Their website is very informative, with lots of pictures and videos of the wigs, and also with information on taking care of them, styling them, etc. The wigs are as advertised, and shipping is fast.

Not one of the wigs was lace front. Your ads say that they are and your company is misleading and I'm not sure but I believe false advertising is illegal. Unfortunately I don't have time to send them all back so I had to basically eat $200.00. please change your ads to be more descriptive and less manipulation. It's gross. You should be fined for it but you're not in my country. If you were... I'd make sure of it.

I have never purchased a wig before. I was fortunate to get someone understanding and patient. She helped me first by giving me tips that can help to make your wig very secure and even suggested a wig band that you put on first and then the wig clings to it. This band is awesome because it also gives you a you a little face lift on the forehead and pulls up the eyes! Just ask them to help you and they know what you will need.

I wore my new wig on Christmas and everyone thought it was my own hair. One person said I love your hair. When I told them it was a wig they couldn’t believe it. The wig is a heart sensitive one and I styled it with my curling iron. It was pretty easy.

.Wigs.com does a great job de-mystifying and normalizing wig wearing successfully. Their videos, product description, reviews, and instruction guides make it easy for a newbie to not only learn but also encourages you to feel confident to wear one.

The wig arrived super fast. Much faster than I was expecting. It was packaged well. The style and color of the wig are perfect. Beautiful wig. I’m very pleased.
