I have ordered from Wig.com before or aka beauty hair. I received an expensive over my budget wig that was in bad condition! it looked like someone chopped off part of the bang area, i could see chopped off sprouting hair sticking out. I sent this wig back ASAP! I belong to many wigs groups on facebook. the sarah from Jon Ranau does not look like the wig I received. I expect a full refund because they have always been a reliable wig source.
