Straps broke instantly. Poor quality

I thought this wig was perfect. Fit well, just the right amount of hair. It was perfect. I just need to adjust the coloring. I would not hesitate to order this wig.

Service was fast and the wigs were great. I had 2 I didn't like and the return process was smooth and easy. I will be ordering here again.

I have severe hair loss on the top of my head. This topper is a little small for my head where there hair loss is but the amount of hair covers the sides that are kind of exposed. The lace at the front is nearly non existent. So small! I would have liked a bit more lace at the forehead because i have a big forehead and like to brings bangs forward more that my natural hairline. Overall, satisfied with my purchase but not blown away

The delivery was faster than I thought it would be from the US and since I live in Australia that is important because you only have 30 days from the day the order is processed to return or exchange your purchase. My purchase had to be returned because the color was not a good match for my hair, and it delayed my returning the parcel as they had a telephone No to ring customer care if you lived outside the US to get return postage instructions. However on ringing that No it told me it was disconnected, so I had to wait another 2 days to return my purchase down at my local Post Office, which delayed my returning the product, so here's hoping they receive it with in the 30 days, so I can have my refund and order a new colour.

As a woman of color, with all silver hair, this is such a compliment. Love the cut, color and style. Not please that the skull cap was beige, not exactly for women of color, so I made a small purchase of dark brown skull cap. I feel very confident when wearing this wig.

It was easy to buy a wig based on reviews. The wig was delivered in a timely manner. Return policy is easy and fair even though I don't want to return the wig. I loved the wig so much I ordered another one on the day I received it.
