It is a beautiful wig.

I was quite surprised with the quality of my wig. I had previously purchased one and paid 234 for it and it was cheap and horrible. I returned it and bought this one for 60.00 ---- Great surprise and it looks like my own hair on my head- my only complaint would be that even after washing it - it will not let you use any heat tool to style it. No matter how hot the tool is it will not bend or curl. Also the front part where the bangs are do not want to stay over to the side even after having a stylist thin them out. I will just deal but those are my only mild complaints. I plan on buying another one.

Wigs.com is an exceptional company to deal with. The wigs I ordered have all been different brands and each has been lovely and so well made. Even though I live in Canada, I received each of the wigs within 3 days of ordering. I highly recommend this wonderful company. There are so many scam wig companies on the Internet but Wigs.com is the real deal.

Prompt and true to return policy. The Salsa SS8/29 has a beautiful color quality look of highlighted auburn mixed with blended deeper color shades. However, I usually wear an average size, BUT I order large for a fuller fit & look. It fit like a small. And the one I received looked like a short hair cut old lady hair style. BUT again I commend Wigs.com for a prompt refund. Thank U!

Update: ****I received a call today from Carrie with customer service. She was genuinely concerned about my issues, and ensured my refund was processed expeditiously. That is great follow through and I am impressed. I am going to upgrade my review to 4 stars. **** I would love to leave an excellent review, however their lack of timely customer service is my main concern. Being a first time wig buyer, I called their phone number only to be on hold for a while, while I repeatedly hear their message tell me how fast and easy it is to order online. I hung up the phone and spent the next few hours looking at wigs. I ordered 2. One looked as close as could be expected to the wig in the picture and description including the color swatch and, i was very pleased. The other wig, while seemingly a nice wig, was Not in any way even close to the color swatch shown. The color swatch was called "GL11-25SS SS HONEY PECAN" with the description "Chestnut brown base blends into multi-dimensional tones of brown and golden blonde". The wig that arrived was literally blonde roots with platinum blonde ends, and there was nothing chestnut brown or any shade of brown in the wig. I boxed the wig back up as instructed and returned it via UPS. According to UPS, the wig arrived on Friday at 11:45am at their facility, well within normal business hours. By Tuesday afternoon at 5:30pm I had not heard anything so I called the company only to be on hold for several minutes. When the phone was answered they quickly tracked my order via my phone. I asked them about my return and their first comment (a lie) was that the wig was received on Monday, surely they realize that tracking slips record time of receipt and signature. Then they proceeded to tell me that it would take them up to 9 business days to "process" the return. When I asked them why, they said it needed to be reviewed by multiple departments. These wigs are expensive and those of us that are ordering them, often need them. This is just bad customer service. I only asked for a store credit not a refund, but that was probably a mistake. Their prices for the same wig, same color are significantly higher than many other sites and I'd hoped it was due to attention to customer detail and experience. That has not shown to be the case.
