Wigs arrived as promised and in perfect shape. Did not have to use customer service so cannot speak to their helpfulness. Would order from them again.

I ordered 3 wigs from wigs.com. They were shipped in a timely manner. Two of them I really liked and kept. One looked terrible on me, the color did not look good on me and the style looked good in back but not in front. Anyway I sent that one back and received my refund within a week. I would not hesitate ordering again. I would definitely refer wigs.com to a friend.

Total experience with Wigs.com was good. Shipment came in quickly. Unfortunately, I had to return items due to wig did not fit. The wig also looked “cheap” to me. If I order again, it will be human hair.

I ordered sparkling champagne color which looked like a light blonde, but the actual wig was very dark blonde. Also the bangs were too short. I’ve returned it.
