I love wigs.com not just because of the quality, but because of your return policy. The first wig I bought from wigs.com, I took a risk and ordered a completely out of my comfort zone type of wig. I was correct in my doubt, as the wig was NOT a very good fit for me at all! You r policy was, I could return it, no questions asked, and did return it within the 30 day period. I decided to check out another company for wigs: Voguewigs.com, and was very disappointed in the quality of the wig I received which looks nothing like the pictures used on the website. I contacted them that I was going to return the wig, and they stated, if you’ve tried it on, we cannot accept it back unless you pay a 30% fee for return. What!?! That is a ridiculous policy since no one could possibly know what the wig was going to look like unless they tried it on…So to say the least, it was $107 down the drain. The only reason I went there is because of curiosity only. Never again! All in all, wigs.com is my go-to wig shop. Thank you for your time. A satisfied customer.

I am so thankful that wigs.com has such an awesome return policy. It is extremely difficult to purchase wigs, sight unseen, online but knowing that I can return it for a refund takes the risk out of it. I am sorry that the topped did not work out for me but would purchase from wigs.com again in the future.

My purchase came within 4 days. It was packaged very well. The item is beautiful and I am very pleased. It gives me the confidence to return to the public. My purchase was a Raquel Welch Tango. Affordable. I’ve washed it twice and am pleased with the results thus far. I went to the website and watched the care video. Thank you for that. My only concern is will it stretch and if it loses it’s style do I use rollers to restyle? I hope you can answer these questions. Peace, Nancy

Love wigs.com! Great prices, selection, and easy return policy. This is my new go-to place for wigs! I lost all of my hair due to alopecia and it has not been an easy ride adjusting to not having hair and being able to find the right wig that feels like me. I tried a medical center where you had to order the wig first, wait for it to come in and then try it on. Then I tried a wig shop that had wigs in stock but they only let you try on 3 per visit and they were very expensive. I'm so glad I found wigs.com that has the wigs in stock and an excellent return policy. I was able to purchase a few wigs in different colors, try them on at home, and send back the ones that didn't work. Very happy!

Noriko sky large wig. I would like to give it five stars but disappointed there’s very little shape in this particular wig. The hair is pretty much straight and not the same as other Noriko Skys I have purchased and enjoyed. So much that my old Sky actually looks better, so I won’t be wearing this new one to gatherings which I really needed it for. if the next one comes like this I will be returning it. Wigs are costly at $150 and up and should be a little bit more consistent for that much money. I do like Wigs.com very much and will definitely order again. Please encourage Noriko to make more shorter styles in larger caps. Thank you!
