Wigs.com makes it very easy to return a wig. I ordered 2 hairpieces and a wig at the same time. All arrived much sooner than expected. The wig had to be returned. Wigs.com made the whole process very easy and within a very few days, my money was refunded to my account minus the shipping fee that I did not have to pay upfront.

I have ordered many wigs from Wigs.com and am disappointed for the first time, with my latest order. I am sure that I was sent a used wig. There was no scent to it like all of my previous orders, the new scent was missing. The wavy curve was also missing and in fact looked burned or frazzled. I should have sent it back but thought I could fix it.

Customer service was excellent but the wigs differed a little from the picture. The last one I ordered looked quite tame but when I got it, it was too much hair. When I tried to return the wig a few days later I was told I couldn't because the tag wasn't attached. It was in perfect condition and all I did was try it on. I never wore it anywhere.
