I ordered a LIGHT BLONDE wig, twice. Both times I was sent a COPPER BLONDE wig. Not even close to LIGHT BLONDE. Not happy. I won’t send them back because I hate dealing with that. So, I will not order another Gabor wig.

Wigs.com is my only online wig supplier. Their sale prices are good, their return policy is fair and generous, the customer service has always been helpful. I just purchased Amara by Rene of Paris in Creamy Blond. I have been searching in vain for a very short pixie with a longer side swept bang, and—finally—this is it!

I have been buying the January Petite for awhile now. I love it because it is consistently gorgeous right out the box. Strangely, though, this time when the wig came it looked…well, used. It looked the way my wigs look after multiple months of continuous wear. Lots of broken hairs, flyaways, and even some that have spiraled up as if they had experienced heat damage. I’m really sad because the color had been out of stock for awhile and I’d been waiting and waiting. I’ve never had this happen before :(

I have ordered twice, but unfortunately I had to return both times for either the wrong color for me or style, but the speed of delivery and return process was great! I’ll keep trying until I find the perfect color and style for me.

Usually I would rate higher but today I have been trying for several hours to get into my account to do a return. Before that happens, I have to click a button to prove I am not a robot. I do that and it just goes right back to the page. I cannot get into my account.

Ordered wig tape and delivery was fast.
