My interview was with Dana. She was very friendly. She made suggestions on what hair color and what wigs would look the best on me. I felt that she really cared about helping me. She was very helpful, and I look forward to talking to her again. I placed an order and I'm looking forward to it's arrival.

Wig was nothing like the picture and nothing close to natural hair look.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the wig did not meet your expectations and that it looked different from what you anticipated based on the product photos. We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions for all of our products, but we understand that preferences regarding style, density, and what looks natural can vary from person to person. We never want our customers to feel disappointed with their purchase. We also want to clarify that we offer a 45-day return policy. If you were unhappy with the wig you received, our customer service team would have been happy to assist with a return or exchange within that timeframe. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure our product images and descriptions set the right expectations for our customers.

I had to return my wig as it was too big, The return process was great and I received my credit back to my card in a timely manner. I’m still going to make another purchase with Wigs.com. Just have to find the right one. Very pleased!

My problem is that you return policy is really bad. Most wig co have at least 30 day returns if not 45 days. This is the reason I will never order from your co again.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Jun 17, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for any confusion regarding our return policy. We actually offer a 45-day return policy, which is longer than many companies in the industry. We understand how important flexibility is when purchasing a wig online, and we strive to make our return process as straightforward as possible. If there was any misunderstanding about our policy or if you experienced an issue with a return request, we would appreciate the opportunity to look into it and help resolve the situation. Please feel free to contact our customer service team directly. Thank you for sharing your experience.

As long as I can remember I've bought my wigs from wigs.com. This is where I found The One that fits my personality. I have alopecia so they solved my problem. I don't announce I'm wearing a wig, but should someone ask I'm not embarrassed to tell them and I definitely let them know Wigs.com is the best place to buy one if their looking for Quality!
