I returned this hairpiece in pristine condition. And I only received about a 1/3 refund no explanation as to why. 9/26/2022: Received your response stating the refund was less shipping. I know that. The hairpiece itself was $20+ and you are returning $6+. Not happy

I always order from Wigs.com. Love the variety and prices(when on sale) I am disappointed one of the Hairdo styles is no longer. It was my favorite.

Ordering and choosing a color was very easy. The product came quickly and the color matches my hair. The quality is terrific.

I first ordered 3wigs. Two were too big so I returend them. Easy. Then I ordered two more and I'm awaiting for those two to arrive Saturday! The petite Julieanne fit me pretty well. First time ever buying wigs. I have purchased hair pieces from wigs.com on two other occasions. VERY happy with them & the Julieanne wig I just received. wigs.com is a good place to shop. Vanessa is a huge help.

This is my first Ellen Wille wig. Because of alopecia I have been wearing wigs for many years. This wig is the most beautifully constructed wig I have ever worn. My husband loves the style and look. I buy a new wig or 2 approximately every 6 months or so. The Florida sun is hard on wigs. I will probably look for a slightly different color, but definitely will stay with Ellen Wille if possible.

I had no problems with my order. It was correct and came quickly. The item in my order is good quality and I like it. I deducted a star because the shipping was really expensive, and the item was, I thought, a bit high.

Delivery promy, less than one week. Have always purchased from WOW wigs. Recommend it highly.

I am absolutely in love with my wig. It is stylish and funky at the same time. I have gotten a number of compliments on how it looks and you would never know this is a wig if you weren't told. Very happy with my purchase.
