I had hoped for a darker shade and got a wig with a lighter shade than the one I picked. They also sent me an identical wig and charged me for it.

This grey wig looks really good, I may purchase this color for myself, it looks like my hair color, which has been hard to match. Not too much hair that makes your head look big

I was leery to order wigs online after a bad experience with what turned out to be a Chinese company (yes, they returned all of my money, but it was $28.50 to return) and the quality was so poor I wouldn't even consider wearing as part of a halloween costume. So needless to say, I was thrilled when the wigs arrived and were of lovely quality and the return policy was just as promised. I was so happy with my first purchase that a few weeks later I bought three more colors in the same wig - Breezy Waves by Renee of Paris!

The wig does not look like the one on your website. Going to return it.
