Unlike my other purchases this one arrived with a defective bang. As such I am trying out their return plan. I am unclear as to why I have to have a deducted shipping amount for a defective item? In general this company has sent me good products.

Hi Myriam, We are saddened to hear your recent order for Watch Me Wow had an issue. We hope this helps clarify. We apologize for any misunderstanding with returning a defective item. All shipping will be waived once we receive the item if deemed defective.

Wig arrived fairly quickly, which was nice. But the product itself was very disappointing! Looks nothing like the pictures online and has way too much bulk to be properly styled without major alterations. Quite frustrating given how expensive human hair wigs are!

Received my item sooner than expected. Was well wrapped. No issues. This is the second purchased I've retained from Wigs.com, and my third or fourth purchase. I like that returns are never a problem. I'll definitely do business with Wigs.com again.

I ordered two identical (discontinued) Jon Renau wigs and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition; packed very carefully and ready to wear right out of the box. I ordered them one day apart and got a 30% discount off the second wig (New Year’s deal?); good thing I waited one day. I was in a rush due to hair loss from chemotherapy but very happy with the wigs I bought online from wigs.com.

I returned the wig because the color was too dark for me. I have not received my refund yet though. I’m worried about my refund.

Hi Donna, We are sorry for the delay and to have caused you concern. Good news! We received the Diva back and inspected it as of January 3rd. Your refund will be processed Monday. We appreciate your patience and feedback.
