I am so grateful to wigs.com. They have been my go to company for over 15 years. It’s difficult enough to deal with hair loss and this company has made a very stressful situation much easier. The website, outstanding customer service, great pricing and most of all the easy return policy are greatly appreciated!

The wig is beautiful! However, I feel it has a lot of shedding. I have paid less for wigs and the quality seems a little bit better. I also feel it is very tangly and the tips look like they have damage.

Hi Becky, We are sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with Columbia that you received on your recent order from us. If the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging, we ask that you return it. If you have already used it, we did provide you with care instructions for synthetic hair via email. We appreciate your feedback.
